Alto Minho, a region located in the far north-west of Portugal, is a stunning landscape characterised by verdant landscapes, imposing mountains and winding rivers. It is against this backdrop of exuberant natural beauty that a unique project emerges, standing out like a pearl in the heart of this enchanting region.
The centre is intentionally chosen for the location of the communal outdoor swimming pool, the design of which accentuates the development of a radiocentric structure, formed by two more rings that connect each group of residences.
The development consists of 10 residences interconnected by linear circulations. A set of reinforced concrete plinths rises to support them, lifting them above the ground. The residences overlook the landscape and between them are private terraces served by individual swimming pools. Cork, concrete, zinc and glass define the materiality of the complex.
